I have 23 years of systems engineering experience in energy, banking and logistics. Backup, restore testing, disaster recovery planning and ongoing maintenance are central to that work. Careful preparation and clear documentation help make recovery decisions better informed.
The work covers Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID, alongside virtualisation, Azure, monitoring, automation and Linux. ISO 27001, NIS2 and PCI DSS support focuses on implementing controls and preparing evidence. I have trained in these areas and use the skills in practice, without holding formal certifications. Security testing requires written scope and permission.
You work with me directly, alongside the people who know your business and systems. If additional specialist support is needed, we agree who is involved and what they will do before the work begins.
My aim is to provide small businesses with careful, documented technical work, shaped around their operational needs and available budget. Listening first and agreeing realistic priorities are part of that approach.
Work is mainly remote across Europe, with paid on-site visits when needed.
