How I work

Understand first, then agree a clear scope and fixed price, then do the work. Mostly remote, on site by arrangement when needed.

  1. 1

    You describe the problem

You tell me what is not working or what you would like to improve. I listen and ask questions. The introductory call is non-binding.

  2. 2

    We agree the scope

We agree what will be examined and how. In-depth technical analysis is already work; it only starts once we have explicitly agreed its scope and cost in advance.

  3. 3

    You get a fixed price

Before the actual work starts, you receive a fixed-price quote for the agreed scope. No paid work begins until you have approved the quote.

Monitoring questions

Does continuous monitoring mean round-the-clock support?

Depending on the agreed setup, automated checks can run continuously. That does not mean a person reviews alerts or responds around the clock.

Who handles alerts — and when?

We agree in advance who receives alerts, the hours for human response, and when and how to escalate. Out-of-hours response is not included by default and needs an explicit agreement.

Does a response target guarantee a fix?

No. We document what counts as a response and the agreed target time. A response target is not a repair or recovery guarantee; resolution depends on factors including the cause, access and other providers involved.

What do we agree before starting?

Scope, the systems and signals involved, necessary access and approvals, ownership and your responsibilities. We also clarify costs, ongoing software charges and any additional coverage before creating commitments.

My promise

Tell me the problem, and I’ll work with you to try to fix it.
